Mack was so helpful! He tried to help my reservation when my flights were rerouted and we got in an hour later than expected. He really went above and beyond to try to accommodate the change in plans.Cons:
Closing the office prior to the arrival of the last fight is problematic, there were a number of folks stranded without their rental car. This resulted in additional taxi fees from and returning to the airport to pick up the vehicle during the next days business hours. We returned this car early. AVIS would NOT credit us for the unused days, but instead charged for the full amount. This amount came to over $400. When we picked up the car in Key West, we mentioned that we might return it (to Cutler Bay) early. Nothing was said at that time about the full charge or changing our contract. In Cutler Bay, they insisted on charging the full amount. VERY POOR customer service. Will never rent through AVIS again.8.8 Very good

Arrived at the pickup time. They were closed. Came back the next day to get the vehicle, it wasn't ready. After an hour long wait, the vehicle was presented to me. Clearly it was rushed. Did not have a full tank of gas. There was no walk around to inspect the vehicle. I took off with the vehicle. Already late for my meeting. Upon drop off in Miami, I was informed that there was damage to the vehicle on the passenger side rear door. Since it was a black vehicle and on the passenger side, I did not notice it on pickup. Reserved a full size sedan in Key West. Only available was a compact. Had no choice and told it was an upgrade. Could not debate as that was the only car available. I took out collision when reserved with Kayak which also covered 2nd driver. I was told that would not give me coverage and second driver had additional charge. I ended up paying twice the amount I locked in on with my reservation. Very disappointed in Enterprise.2.0 Poor

Key West airport is crowded and when we arrived the Dollar rental sign was off. There was a small sign to go to Hertz that I didn't see until most of the crowd had moved out. Then, there was only ONE agent working. Clearly, there should have been more agents there. Thankfully, there was no line when there for drop off.6.0 Okay

Dollar did note have the car I reserved on lot. They instead gave me a compact SUV and charged me for the full price of the premium convertible I reserved. Since it was booked via Kayak I couldn't get a refund and there were no other options available. Overall, I would not book a car from Dollar again not use a third party website like Kayak.Alamo

We had a reservation for 9AM to drive from Key West to Miami. The car was not ready for us to drive away until noon!! When we checked in, the attendant said the car would be ready in an hour, but really took three hours. By the time we left there were 150 people in line waiting to check in to pick up their rental. Airplanes continued to arrive throughout the period with people expecting to pick up a car and continue their journey. Airport security was having a fit trying to make people maintain social distance when the airport physically did not contain enough space to allow 150 people in line waiting and people arriving claiming their bags on the baggage carousel to maintain distinace. The entire problem was caused by National, Enterprise, Alamo car rental mismanagement and inability to think outside the box. In fact, I watched two employees show up to work then disappear when having to confront unhappy customers looking for an explanation for why they couldn’t get their car.Ace
