First car we were given was dirty and full of trash. We were given another car that was clean and quite nice. My Amex sent me notice of the charge ($1047) which was more than double the booking charge($486). We had not been given any paperwork and when I went back to ask I was told they forgot to tell me there was a deposit that would be returned when I returned the car. I asked for and received paperwork regarding the rental. I have not received credit yet for the return but it’s only been one day since the return.Reviewed 2023 Mar 18

The cost was well above the stated estimate. When I asked I was told it was due to the gas and that would be removed if it was brought back full. I did bring the vehicle back full but I do not think the fuel charge was modified. The receipt was emailed however I cannot open it. I do intend to look into this further.Reviewed 2022 Jul 11

No one was at the counter when I went to return the car. Car had a check engine light and wouldn't start half-way through the rental, unexpected charges on credit card, overall a bad experience.Reviewed 2021 Dec 30

There were NO cars when we arrived snd had a significant wait. A nice young man did help us as my husband is disabled and he upgraded us and got us on our way. I wish I had gotten his name. Drop off was chaotic but I managed to get out relatively quickly. I think there may be an issue with my charges that I need to check today.Reviewed 2021 Nov 22

We were given the wrong type of car so we didn't have room for all our luggage. Luckily my brother in law was with us and had room in his car. The car reeked of cigarette smoke, we were offered a discount and never received it. We told them upon receiving the car that we needed to change the drop off location, they said it wasn't a problem but they never changed the location. We also asked about a second driver and were told again no problem, so when we went to add him days later they told us they were going to charge us. We weren't told that when we asked about it originally or we wouldn't have drive to their location to make him a driver. Also to make it worse they were going to back date it and make us pay for days before we added him. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.Reviewed 2021 Oct 26
