Everything was perfect and the time I get the car to the time and turn the car back to Budget. I have a wonderful employee who helped me and JFK. Unfortunately I do not remember her name But she was a great example for your company. I will definitely use but it again because of this employee.

HYA Airport needs to make it clearer to customers that the building CLOSES as of 8PM, making it impossible to return a car after that timeframe. It's incredibly inconvenient and hours need to be clearly stated when making a rental reservation. This is not the first I've experience this when renting a car.

Drove their car across the country The car ran very well, it was fairly new and it had a lot of newer cruise control features which made driving a breeze. It was very clean and did not have any bad odors in the car. The staff at both Queens New York and Los Angeles were all extremely helpful and friendly.

Picking up at NewYork JFK airport rental car place was great! quick, courteous and streamlined. The car was warm inside and the engine was running, was clean, in very good condition, full fuel tank and performed excellent. To drop it off at Miami Budget office on Bird Road (40th Street) was Not Good. After driving overnight from New York to Miami, our scheduled drop off time was 8:00 am so my wife and me were there at 7:50 am. on my arrival there were 2 other clients waiting, the place was closed and no soul in sight. Although they have posted a large sign at the door with instructions about dropping off the car after hours, there is no drop-off box, or any mail box or alike, so I called customer service to ask for instructions but Michelle adamantly said that I needed to deliver the car and keys to a representative and that I would be responsible for everything and if not, yakety, yakety, yakety..., thus we had to wait 40 minutes to be able to handle the keys to someone. The only employee at the office showed up 30 minutes later at 8:30 am. After 8:30 AM the traffic in Miami is horrendous so we were an hour late for work.
