Pros: Car itself was fineCons: They called me an hour before my pickup to tell me the location was closed and I had to go to a much further location that took much longer to get to. Because they closed at 5pm I barely made it to the location and it was extremely stressful. They were not very sympathetic and told me I had to return the car at the same location. Overall not a great experience

Cons: This Hertz location brings shame to the whole brand. Please be warned: you will be left idling on the street in your rental for over an hour when you are trying to return the car. You will be in a line of ten customers and no one will be sure what’s going on, and no Hertz employees will have the decency to communicate why you are in line. No Hertz employees will act like you exist until THEIR work day is over and they want to go home, THEN they will walk down the line of cars and tell you you can leave it where it is. I was one of ten customers waiting for more than an hour, breathing car exhaust, wasting fuel, and being a nuisance to the neighborhood. Furthermore, I was given a car covered in bird excrement. The employee said, “maybe it will rain?” How lazy can you get? I rented a compact car to take my loved one on a romantic getaway. I got a bird-crap-covered minivan, a long wait, less than half a tank of gas, and a ton of attitude. Because of their location, they have an endless supply of idiots like me who think it’ll be convenient to patronize them. Please don’t fall for it! Go anywhere else.

Cons: The car I rented had 4 different service lights on the dashboard. When I asked them about it they said it was just the sensors. Their mechanic was even around to check. I looked at at the owner’s manual and some of the warnings were quite serious. Have some level of accountability and maintain the cars properly.

Pros: NothingCons: They did not have cars when we arrived and could not honor our reservation - 10 other people also did not get cars. Terrible service and cannot trust that you will actually be able to rent a car with a reservation. They also did not call us to tell us - we only found out when we arrived to pick up the car, so we were left scrambling to find something else - they did NOT help us find another rental.

Pros: The entire experience was superb. I ordered my car online at the top of the year, nine months later the information was still retrievable by staff. I was in and out when i picked up my car which is great bc i didn’t want to stay in the indoor garage too long during the most of covid. The car was clean, inside and out. The attendant helped me put my bike in the trunk of the car. Staff was really helpful showing me how to maneuver the inside compartments. Returning the car was just as easy. Signed showed me where to park the car, an attendant shortly came over to the car asked how was my experience, took the keys and i was on my way again! No long waits which is again what i like!Cons: The only thing that could’ve been better was a free update on my vehicle! Lol the service was again superb. I would definitely refer a friend.

Pros: The car was great and super clean. The gentleman who helped check us in was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we checked in he was the only person working and thus there was quite a long wait for us to check in but as soon as he got to us he was really efficient.Cons: We called to extend the car by a few hours and when we went to return the shop was closed with no drop box or instructions of what do to. I was able to get in touch with someone who was very helpful and told me to return in the morning. When I returned the following morning there was a massive line of cars to the point that we were all pulled up in the street, blocking traffic. A helpful passerby helped to direct traffic to clear the obstruction from the road, as no one from either rental agency was addressing it. Eventually and gentleman came out and told me to simply leave the car and they would deal with it. I did so, but there was no formal hand off or drop-off process.

Pros: The staff was very nice and got me a car that was clean and comfortable. They explained what was included and what was additional with patience and clarity. They were also very friendly.Cons: The car's oil change indicator was triggered when I picked up the car. The car's tank was also only filled halfway upon pickup. I expected the tank to be full when I picked up the car, so that was very disappointing.

Pros: The staff in BK was incredible, the car was excellent (and larger than what I thought I paid for, which was really helpful)Cons: When I arrived there was an issue with the scanner; my name didn't pop up when I returned the car, and as a result I had to wait around while they figured it out, but no one ever explained the issue to me.

Pros: The reservation said we didnt need the credit card present, but when we arrived they said we needed it. Ended up spending hours trying to find an alternate solution and we were extremely late arriving at our destination. This is not a complaint against the workers, just against the confusing policy.Cons: Let us reserve with debit cards or photos of the credit card, especially if you’re gonna say we dont need the card present

Pros: The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. The entire pickup took 5 minutes and drop off took 3 minutes. They were great.Cons: It would have been nice if there was an after hours drop off possibility since the site closes at 5pm but I understand that’s difficult at this time. In the end we made it back 5 minutes before 5pm, thankfully.

Pros: Staff were very friendly at both locations, and efficient.Cons: I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation. That's a car manufacturer issue, not Enterprise's, but it only had 3,000 miles on it, so it was alarming.

Pros: The vehicle was ok.Cons: - The vehicle was not ready when I arrived. They has to take the one they had assigned to me because it did not have enough fuel, then "find" another one. Simple breakdown of basic actions, it doesn't take long to tag the car to go out for a customer and check the fuel. - The car I was assigned was given to me with just under a half tank of gas. I returned it at the same level. Upon return, the agent says he is doing me a "favor" by not charging me to bring up to 3/4 of a tank. I was told by the check-out agent that I need to return it to how it was given to me, which I did. If the car was supposed to be at 3/4 of a tank at checkout then again, the employee basic actions of the location are not being followed. - The location does not have a late night check-in routine. If that is not an option, they should tell the renter prior to renting. I was forced to keep the car overnight and adjust my work schedule to bring it back the next morning. In 20+ years of renting cars for work or personal use, from a number of companies, this is easily one of the worse I've ever rented from. I can say this is not indicative of Enterprise as a whole, but this location or area needs some work on its routines and presentation.

Pros: The car was clean and fine, the process of booking was relatively smooth.Cons: At pick-up, the woman behind the Avis counter told me she had 4 mini vans left in her fleet so i had no choice but to go with a mini van, even though I had specifically reserved a small car. After the agents brought my car from the garage, i noticed that the couple behind me got a large SUV. How was it possible they chose an SUV if all was left were minivans?? When the woman walked by as I was adjusting my seat, I asked her why this happened. She sort of stammered and said there were 3 mini vans left, and one large SUV. When I reminded her that she told me there were only 4 minivans left and that i specifically had no other choice, she stammered again that someone had specifically reserved a large SUV. This made no sense though, since I also reserved a car other than a minivan. I think I was justified in being irritated by this -- she had in essence lied to me about what was available. Another issue I encountered -- when signing up for the car, the woman told me that the vehicle had Bluetooth capabilities. When I got the car, there clearly was no bluetooth capability, and if there was, i wasn't able to locate it on the console even with her help. These issues combined really soured the start to my trip. I think it was wrong and discriminatory of the woman to decide that the couple behind me should somehow get an SUV after she misrepresented the facts to me so explicitly just a minute before. I appreciate if Kayak could pass this along to Avis.

Pros: Clean & reliable car, easy drop-off process.Cons: A long line at opening, makes sense. The issue is not with the employees being slow, it is the many hoops they have to jump through to take care of one customer. So much data entering, paper to print and staple, etc etc. We got at the branch at 705am and were sitting in our car at 745am. Maybe have the customer pre-enter most of the data themselves in advance?

Cons: This was a beautiful car, the customer service was great and everything was accommodating. My only complaint was that the price is high. I suppose it is competitive but it is a lot of money. If they lowered the price, I would be more likely to rent frequently.

Pros: Such a convenient location - walkable from my home - and pick-up and drop-off were really quick. No wait, friendly staff, and a clean, well-functioning car.Cons: I was nervous after reading the reviews, but came prepared understanding how to find the location and everything was honestly super smooth (they should have clear signage outside, and should also include specific directions in their confirmation e-mail). I used my own E-Z-pass so here's hoping I don't get hit with any unpleasant surprise charges after the fact. I do wish the car had Apple CarPlay, but otherwise, it was one of my better car rental experiences.

Cons: The E-ZPass in the car didn’t work after I was told repeatedly that it would be available and I had to stop and pay tolls in cash. The car was also not very clean and only came with a half tank of gas which was inconvenient.

Pros: I liked that it was an SUV with ez passCons: Everything else, the car was filled with sand, it was given to me on little to no gas, I was unaware of the 30 min grace period on my reservation Causing me to rush to get the rental or lose my reservation, the location does not have any indication that it’s a thrifty location added with having hertz employees and signs.

Pros: The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.Cons: Better cars with working equipment, cleaner cars especially during a pandemic, and gas up the cars before handing over.

Cons: I was charged a $15 "administration fee" for any toll I went through (even a $0.50 toll!). The EZPass flag was down so I have no idea what this fee covered. Ended up paying an additional $60 which I'm arguing to be refunded because that is absurd
