They did not have a car! They were out of cars! And then hertz said I had to contact kayak to get a refund because you idiots made me pay ahead and your dumb company has no way to get a hold of someone! I am done with kayak and with hertz you both are criminals!

Easy, fast, no hassle. I’ve used other vendors like Dollar rental and Avis and both times it was a nightmare. I plan on using Hertz until they give me a reason not to.

At pick up there were no cars available - we had to wait for returns which took 45 minutes. Not good for a one day hire. Friendly and helpful staff.

Needed to cancel the reservation. Had to call back twice (after confirming cancellation both times). Was still charged.

The place was super packed when we arrived. We eventually got the car 1.5 hours after the time it was booked for. The staff was swamped and not very helpful.

Pros:

The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. The entire pickup took 5 minutes and drop off took 3 minutes. They were great.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there was an after hours drop off possibility since the site closes at 5pm but I understand that’s difficult at this time. In the end we made it back 5 minutes before 5pm, thankfully.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly at both locations, and efficient.

Cons:

I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation. That's a car manufacturer issue, not Enterprise's, but it only had 3,000 miles on it, so it was alarming.
