The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. The entire pickup took 5 minutes and drop off took 3 minutes. They were great.Cons:
It would have been nice if there was an after hours drop off possibility since the site closes at 5pm but I understand that’s difficult at this time. In the end we made it back 5 minutes before 5pm, thankfully.10.0 Wonderful

I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation. That's a car manufacturer issue, not Enterprise's, but it only had 3,000 miles on it, so it was alarming.10.0 Wonderful
