It was clear vehicles are not cleaned or evaluated for road worthiness between rentals. First vehicle I rented had such a bad cigarette smell it was unbearable to sit in the vehicle. They had tried to put in air fresheners in the vehicle, but that only made the smell worse. In addition there was paint pen writing on all the windows, not sure the reason behind this. I had to ask the attendant to remove the paint on the windows otherwise it would have been unsafe to drive. I requested a vehicle change because this one was unsatisfactory. They didn't have any other vehicles in stock so I had to go to another location to change the vehicle for a new one. Once I drove 45 mins and picked up the second vehicle that new one immediately had issues. One of the tires had a slow leak and it cause met to have to stop 3 times to refill the tire on my way to my destination. Again this vehicle was unclean as well. One of the seats was covered in syrup. Overall a poor experience and I will not be renting from them again.Reviewed 2024 Oct 13

Got there and they didn’t have CARS! Not just didn’t have the car I had “reserved”. They had NO CARS AT ALL. So it completely threw a wrench at all my plans because I could get anything, had to scramble to try to make it on time to my friend’s wedding in PA (didn’t make it on time). Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lady from the office there didn’t seem to care not even a little. Didn’t provide options, call other offices to see if someone else had a car, nothing. Pros:They charged me the wrong price (over $600 more). They told me they'd fix this but still have not. The display was broken (kept restarting), including the backup camera, which is a safety issue. And then the battery died. They couldn't get a towing truck there for 4 hours. And refused to book me a Lyft to the airport. I had to pay out of pocket, and we'll see if they refund me that price, or if I have to do it through my credit card company. Pros:Eventually I got a car. It ran fine.Cons:Counter staff tried to up-sell me on everything. Initially, he told me that there were no cars like what I reserved. (I reserved a compact) tried to get me to take a pickup truck or sports car for significantly more money. told me that the extra insurance I purchased wasn't worth anything and that I should buy their extra insurance on top of that. He finally "found" a car (larger than the one I wanted) and told me the wrong floor of the garage to go and get it. This all added 20-30 minutes to the pickup process. Inspecting the car was difficult because the garage was too dark to see anything. After leaving, I noticed a dent on the roof, dirty seats, and a slight smell like someone had been smoking in the car but then it was covered up with an air freshener. Also, their tolls policy is written strangely, possibly to convince you to opt into their overpriced unlimited tolls service.Reviewed 2021 Apr 02
