they didnt have a car for us, although the fact that we had a reservation. they told us things like "it's not your fault", "what do you want me to do". they told us to call the customer service for finding a solution but the customer service told us that we need to speak with the people in the store. because we already booked hotels in different places we had to find a car, a day after christmas day when all the companies are almost fully booked. it took us 4 hours until we found one, in a different company of course. don't order Budget/Avis (they work together) if you want agood experience.Hertz

The service was terrible. we could not find a number to call when we landed in vienna, but after searching the website the # that was listed was offline. We Ubered it to the location (20 min drive from the airport), and when we got there and asked the staff how we were supposed to contact them, they said by phone. When said we had tried, he just shrugged. The staff who was there when we dropped off the car was a lot nicer, but the overall experience with Greenmotion was not great.
