We Ubered it to the location (20 min drive from the airport), and when we got there and asked the staff how we were supposed to contact them, they said by phone. When said we had tried, he just shrugged. The staff who was there when we dropped off the car was a lot nicer, but the overall experience with Greenmotion was not great.
