Very bad. When I arrived at the desk (with a confirmed booking)they told me that they had no cars available. Not able to get a car at thrifty. We went to AVIS for a perfect car at a perfect price.Reviewed 2023 Sep 11

We reserved a car more than a month before our trip. When we arrived to pickup the car we went through the traditional paperwork. After a while we noticed many people waiting for their car. So I went to the counter to enquirer about my car only to find out that they did not have any cars available. We waited two hours for a car to be available. We got in the car and drove to the gate only to find out that the car couldn't be released due to mechanical issues. Again we waited for another car. The car we got had bald tires on it which I found out after inspecting the car the next morning.Reviewed 2023 Sep 05

Absolutely awful. I had to wait for 3 hours to get a car and then the car I got smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to smell that for a 9 hour drive home.Reviewed 2023 Jul 11

I prepaid for my rental in full in preparation for a road trip, when I got to the rental desk 15 minutes before my pickup time, I was informed that the locations didn’t have any cars to rent. Was able to pick up right in Manhattan. Upgraded to a 4 wheel drive when say conditions were bad. Was able to do a one way trip as needed all the way to Memphis. Other rental companies would not allow this. Good price and very friendly service.Reviewed 2023 Mar 16

Terrible rental experience. Will not be using them again. We booked our car in advance and yet still had to wait an hour before any cars were available. When it finally did arrive it reeked of cigarette smoke and the service light was on. After driving for a few hours the gas tank still read full, as it turns out the gas guage was broken and nobody told us. Best thing I can say is that it got us there (late) and it was cheap, but I would recommend going elsewhereReviewed 2023 Jan 21
