Key west had no cars even when reserved. Had to wait 2.5 hours and still problems renting a car. Rep finally gave us a convertible as that is all they had. We appreciated getting the car but were very frustrated about the delay.Reviewed 2022 May 22

Pros:Complimentary upgrade because my vehicle was unavailableCons:Car was not available upon pickup. Was told three hour wait but did not get called for seven hours.
