Easy pick up. Car had a damaged bumper when I picked it up, but it was documented. When dropping it off at the end point, they questioned the bumper multiple times and made it seem like it never should have been on the road.Reviewed 2024 Feb 18

Pros:The drop off was fine!Cons:We had a 10am airport car pickup at Key West International Airport. No cars were available at 9:50am when we arrived. We had to wait until 10:30am for next car coming back to be washed and cleaned. No one asked about Sun Pass. Will have to pay a fortune for each toll we went through without Sun Pass on the car?Reviewed 2021 Apr 02

Pros:Nice vehicle.Cons:Arrived at the pickup time. They were closed. Came back the next day to get the vehicle, it wasn't ready. After an hour long wait, the vehicle was presented to me. Clearly it was rushed. Did not have a full tank of gas. There was no walk around to inspect the vehicle. I took off with the vehicle. Already late for my meeting. Upon drop off in Miami, I was informed that there was damage to the vehicle on the passenger side rear door. Since it was a black vehicle and on the passenger side, I did not notice it on pickup. So in Miami I was informed that I will be charged for the damage.Reviewed 2021 Mar 01

Pros:Reserved a full size sedan in Key West. Only available was a compact. Had no choice and told it was an upgrade. Could not debate as that was the only car available. I took out collision when reserved with Kayak which also covered 2nd driver. I was told that would not give me coverage and second driver had additional charge. I ended up paying twice the amount I locked in on with my reservation. Very disappointed in Enterprise.Reviewed 2021 Feb 26

Pros:I first was given a car that I as a female driving 100 plus miles fid not fill safe it. I called and the representative handled it well, however was a very different story when I went to pick up the exchange. they did have a car but refused to exchange it. I told him I wasnt driving the car so to give me options. He said to wait around for an hour and he would have a few. I did, that the whole time not in rep acknowledged I was there or how much time I still had to wait. at about the 1.5 mark he exchanged my key and sent to the parking lot to find the car.Cons:customer care is all the brick and mortar store have to set themselves apart as everything is moving quickly to having items shipped. The service given was unacceptable but helped me to realize that in my own store I could do better. Shame on the company that doesn't take a few risk now and again or absorb the cost the service their clients with excellence. one of the employees at enterprise was lying and it isn't my job to figure out if it was the rep at the location or the rep on the phone. I would like to rely on the integrity of the company and its staff. This is the first time this has happened but it only tajes once to put a stain on an otherwise clean reputation. Now should I rent again I will not have the same trust not confidence as I had before. I am hoping that moving forward I’ll be able to find a car from another agencyReviewed 2020 Oct 22

Pros:I reserved a pickup truck because I had small trees to transport800 miles. When I got there, no truck! Minivans are a poor substitute. There was never going to be a truck. They know when you get there you’ll take whatever they can give you- too late to do otherwise. Have had similar issues with enterprise. Reserve to a destination then when you pick up they tell you the location is closed, you have to return 90 minutes away from your destination. Know they have no obligation to deliver what you reserve or receive it where you want.Reviewed 2020 Jun 16

Cons:I rented the car that am. And when I showed up they didn’t have a car for me. I had to rent from hertz and pay more money.Reviewed 2020 Feb 18
