I was agreed via your app on some price. But i was extremely surprised when the real price, was a) different B) not final c) 3 times higher than i ordered via Kayak D) price wasn’t complete! So i didn’t rent the car at these totaly not pro customer condition!The price should be always final/total price! Be everybody careful!

Staff at Sixt in Eilat was unhelpful and not friendly at all. Returned the car to the same garage where I picked it up but was asked to bring it to the front door. Insurance policy was completely unclear. I read the T&C's, which were ambiguous. Contacted Priciline's support (via online chat full of bugs) for clarity but they didn't have any more details either.

Drop off in Ben Gurion airport was excellent. Very pleasant staff and shuttle bus to the terminal.The final sum for car rental was 50 per cent higher than stated on the web!!! And staff at Eilat Ramon airport was really awful.

Check-in was OK. But the lady at the front desk didn't inform me that there is a km limit on the car (she wasn't even aware of it ;| ).My car wasn't checked properly before giving it to me and my front registration plate just fell off during my ride around the country. That's outrageous. I was lucky that someone told me I had no plate - we had to do a U-turn and look for it on the road for some kilometers. Luckily I found it and luckily I found someone with tools to fix it for me. When I returned the car, the staff was rude and didn't acknowledge that it was their duty to check if the car is ready for the road.

-The final internet (definitly booked) price for the car was not the final price on the airport office (+80% more).

As the company charged me twice more than should. I am highly unsatisfied with this experience. Would be glad if someone will contact me and try to help getting my money back, as Sixt is willing to accept only half of the claim.
