Upgraded to an suv in Jackson Hole plus a very good rate for a different pickup/drop off location. Like the remote start feature of Ford in cold weather environment and the extra space in suv. Counter agent in Jackson Hole was extremely helpful and courteous as was the young man who checked us in at return at the Denver Airport.Cons:

Car was 1/2 full of gas at pickup. I notified Alamo 800 number and at drop off. I was assured this would be corrected (I also returned with 1/2 full tank). Sadly, I was charged for not returning full anyway. Alamo customer service isn’t poor and disorganized. Very difficult to reach a live person who can complete the requested task. Fight through the answering system only to get passed on or told the issue is covered (when I see now on my statement, it was not corrected)10.0 Wonderful

The pick up location was a 20 min drive from the airport and they only ran 1 shuttle every 20-40 min. Also they did NOT have social distancing on the shuttle. They filled almost every seat3.2 Poor
