Cons (-) came to the hotel, they couldn´t find my reservation. hotel fully booked. no alternative offered. had to look immediately for another hotel in the area. didn´t make it to my first meeting. had to reschedule for the next day had to re-schedule my flight. COMPLETE DISASTRE!

Pros (+) Location is good, and breakfast is okay.
Cons (-) Staff is absolutely terrible, and lack the aptitude required to work in the hospitality industry. My reservation was cancelled, they claimed my CC was stolen (even though it's in my name and my passport matches it).
