Pros: The location is on a main road not far from the Dnieper River and the Paton bridge, two major land marks in Kiev that help foreign business travellers find the the hotel. The service was excellent. The restaurant is reliably high quality. The rooms are excellent in size, cleanliness and amenities. The park adjoining the hotel is a perfect place for a walk.
Cons: The price is not cheap but the hotel is worth the slightly higher price.

Cons: Worst stay ever. They over charged me for everything. And didn't honor change of dates since I missed my flight. I lost my reservation and the young ladies at the reception asked and held a deposit of $80USD. They were friendly and professional but not in my favor. Also, the hotel feels too lonely as it is too far from everything. You will need a taxi to go anywhere. And after all this I left after staying there only one day.

Pros: The check in was fast and the staff member woke me up in the morning as was requested.
Cons: The single comfort room had a bed around 15 cm too short, and I am a 5' 6" female. It could've been a kids bed.
