Pros:Great value and awesome service set this hotel apart. Yes, it is down a dirt road, but that is common in this part of the world. Friendly (and complimentary) pickup and dropoff from Kigali Airport made this a solid choice as a solo female traveller. Previous reviews suggested that the restaurant service was slow, but I found it quite good (albeit when ordering relatively simple meals for a single person). Would happily stay again.
Pros:Impeccable communication; free airport transfer was promptly organised and was waiting for me as I arrived. Very close to the airport, quiet street. Welcome drink and efficient check-in. Cold water and a fruit tray were complimentary. Comfortable bed, A/C and fan, toiletries provided. Breakfast will keep you going through the day. All staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
