Cons (-) This people working at this resort gives to me a room , when we going to open the room ready have people booking at the same room and the security give to me different room but it's not what I pay for

Cons (-) Have bedbug, got over 30 bite marks, dirty room, rude staff, did not want to give full refund because "did not tell them immediately" as if I should feel the bugs in the middle of my sleep

Pros (+) Everything inside the room is nice and clean
Cons (-) I'f you want to sleep until late they still call the door even if the do not disturb is at the door. An old man try to open my door because they are fixing somethings at the hotel. Very scary!!!!
