The location and the kindness of the people.
The breakfast was just a little bit too poor. Lack of variety of eggs and fruits

Very friendly, helpful staff. Location was good for most of the amenities and attractions in Knokke-Heist.
Booked a no-smoking room, but was given a smoking room!! Parking is free on the adjacent street ,but a bit of a lottery finding a space!

Would not recommend a stay in this hotel. Matress old, lumpy, extremely uncomfortable, pillows ditto. Breakfast mediocre, coffee not drinkable, no breakfast tea as an option. Room clean on arrival, during the stay (5 days) room not vaccumed, tub not cleaned and sheet changed.
