Cons (-) i was not given the room type i booked and paid for , and the reservation was made months before my stay. i had to move rooms but only after i complained . very bad service imho. buffet breakfast was incomprehensible, street in front of hotel is grim . would not recommend this hotel. Oberoi better however the concierge was excellent . and one gal at reception desk was clever and helpful.
