Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location and found it to offer good value for the price, especially for transit stays. However, many reviews report significant issues: the hotel has changed ownership, some bookings are not honored, and some guests found the hotel closed or operating under a different name. Cleanliness, service, and amenities were frequently criticized, with reports of dirty rooms, missing towels, unhelpful or temporary staff, and broken facilities. Noise and ongoing renovations were also mentioned as negatives. Overall, positives are limited to location and price, while operational and maintenance issues are prevalent.

Pros (+) Location. Price. Newness. Clean.
Cons (-) Never did get hot water in the bathroom, though I asked after the first night. The lady at reception was a little grumpy at times, but other staff was very nice.
