Pros (+) The staff in the kitchen was nice and helpful. The housekeepers were okay.
Cons (-) The facilities are old and dirty. No one cared to clean or give a loving nice touch. The managers are as helpful as they have to be and nothing further. Then all of a sudden they don't understand English anymore.
