Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near transport and attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price, especially considering the amenities like the large bath and sauna. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly odors and the presence of insects, and there were repeated complaints about the bathrooms being small or outdated. While some guests appreciated the breakfast and overall service, others felt the facilities were old and in need of renovation.
