Pros (+) I found the staff to be most excellent and polite. The location, for my purposes, was great and easy to navigate to and from.
Cons (-) I was assigned a smoking room and when asked for a non-smoking room, I was informed that none were available; I also found the room, the bathroom especially, in need of cleaning.
