Pros: nice environment, relaxing atmosphere, nice activities and facilities

Pros: We lucked out playing computer roulette and got excellent end-of-season rates for this splendid all-inclusive resort. Particularly liked the idea of a quiet pool because other resorts have only the loud music pool. The variety of food and restaurants and views is superb. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel pampered and special.

Pros: Friendly staff, nice enviroment, big trees and squirrels everywhere, the food was average, special restaurants were better,all rooms are garden room..

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the food. Your salad bar in particular was creative and very fresh. We were also very pleased with the responsiveness of the staff, who really did make an effort to solve any problems that came up, and they did it quickly and with little fuss.

Pros: Not at all. This hotel should be out - of business. I very surprised why they still survive. The room is poor, TV is so old and very small. They forget to turn on the refrigerator and no minibar inside even a glass of water.
