Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality and variety of the meals, especially the breakfast and buffet options. The location, close to attractions like 湯畑 and 西の河原公園, was also highly appreciated for its convenience. However, several guests felt that the hotel was overpriced for the facilities and services offered, and there were repeated complaints about the age and size of the bathrooms and some aspects of cleanliness. Overall, while the service, food, and location were highlights, value for money and bathroom facilities left some guests dissatisfied.AI-Generated from customer reviews
