The breakfast room and the food at this hotel are very good, the staff are very pleasant!
I feel that the bed could have been away from the side wall so that both parties can get in and out of bed comfortably.

the staff is very polite &friendy ..the staff service is very great...hotel location is very convient to the south of kuta beach & kuta beach. the price is cost to stay.the breakfast is nice & lot of kind to choose..
one staff is insolent & impolite ...before 1 day of check out... i require late 1 hour to check out and another staff is told me that's ok ..when the morning (check out day ) i just to cofirm to told them the check out time ...but the staff who is insolent & impolite ....he lie about the check out time .finally he only let me to check out at 14pm.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room without window and the Hotel is quit far away from Kuta beach. You need to take a cab at night to go to hotspot as there isn't any around the hotel.
