Pros (+) Staff were lovely and very friendly, service was good, rooms and grounds clean and how I expect a hotel to look at the rear.
Cons (-) Major reconstruction we weren't told about when we booked, if we had known the front and a whole 3 storey wing were being constructed we wouldn't have booked there. We had to enter of the rear alley.

Pros (+) the staff are very friendly and the service is great. AAA+++ rooms are very spacious and comfortable and clean.
Cons (-) not being told there is a major renovation going, and the noice and building going on. Also the front is under construction, so we have to come in via the back alley. Also the cost of accommodation considering the renovation is not low enough.
