Pros (+) The hotel was recently opened, so everything looked and felt new which is always great. The design and attention to details is spectacular. And having a starbucks branch on the ground floor is always a great idea.
Cons (-) it won’t harm if the staff were more friendly. And telling the guests the minute they stop their car that they will be charged for a valet parking before welcoming them or take their bags gives a bad image.

Pros (+) Great property Staff is very professional, attentive, and dedicated to the guests. One which stands out is the Guest Realations Manager, Ahmed- upon arrival he’s exhibited and defined how to make a guest feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay. Highly recommend this property!
