Pros (+) Business hotel..mostly small rooms..I got a great one on 14th floor..two queen beds..three windows..views! All because they made a mistake... Third time I have stayed here. All non smoking.. Great staff..good English..well trained!
Cons (-) Amenities not as good as most places in Japan..most rooms are very small..beds are hard

Pros (+) It was a comfortably sized room. Pretty decent location. Check in staff spoke English and check in and check out was a breeze. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the Fresh Mart at the end of the block was great.
Cons (-) It was a little hard to find at first.

Pros (+) Stayed at 2 Mystays this trip, Tokyo & Kyoto. Good wired/wifi speed, ok bfast, cramp rooms. Equate Mystays to Starbucks, reliable but better bang for the Yen is nearby w/ a bit of research. Richmond in Yokohama was great and 4 star Tokyo deals abound.
