Pros (+) My mother using a walker was able to go everywhere on the property. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Pros (+) The room was reasonably priced after the off-season discount of 30%. The property is well-designed, and the thermal pools are nice. Tour desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The restaurants are over-priced. WiFi only in the common areas. Can be noisy if somebody is staying in the adjoining room.
