Staff was very accommodating and responsive; breakfast was decent and well stocked; breakfast attendant was always available and friendly. Offsetting these attributes, the building showed its age and is located adjacent to Interstate 8. If assigned a room on the freeway end of the building, it was noisy. If noise and age are not bothersome, it's an acceptable venue.

Pros (+) The cleanliness, breakfast, the cleaning staff and the people who handled the breakfast.
Cons (-) Staff who checked us in was so rude we would have gone elsewhere if we had a refundable reservation. TV had no sound bar so we had the volume up full blast, bed felt like it was an air mattress, extremely uncomfortable. We could hear the freeway all night.

Cons (-) Cons: -A bit rundown (chips in the bathtub, damaged hot tub surface, non-functioning bath drain) -Freeway noise -variable water pressure and temperature
