Pros (+) Staff is great. Location is fabulous.
Cons (-) Had to change rooms. 1st room was old, musty, and in need of remodel. Most or all units are privately owned. Unless you rent directly from owner, you don't know what you will get. You could be very disappointed. Also main pool was closed and construction was happening directly in front of our unit.
