The staff was great! Very friendly and courteous. The pool was nice. Location was great, able to walk to everything downtown and lake front. Had a good breakfast. Right next to a brand new Walgreens if need any supplies/food/beer. If the room doesn’t come with breakfast there’s a great diner across the road. Lots of parking. Has a neat bar with outdoor deck over the pool. Nice indoor poor area.
The property is not maintained very well. Cobwebs and dust all over the room. Dust collecting in the popcorn ceiling over the bed and baseboards under the tables. Unfolded linens in the closet. shower curtain very poorly installed about to fall off. Room was very humid and had a odd smell. The bottom floor was hollow wood construction and very load whenever someone was walking down the hall way. Rooms heard everything from the hallway side. Got a splinter from the old wood deck on the one side of the pool. Pool always ran out of towels each time I was there. AC didn’t get as cool as I would have liked and ran constantly. Looks like if you were able to cut down a few trees you’d have a view of the lake. I think would be a big selling point.
location was close enough from downton away from noise and traffic
Noisy neighbours, First floor smells. One towell was not clean i put it on the floor over the dirty towell without using it. janitor put it back on the stand.
The pool in door/out door So clean oh, and nice music by the pool and the employees so nice
The ice machine didn't work, But not a biggie
Pool facilities was nice and tiki show was great , location right out side town was a plus
They didn't clean our room the whole trip , expensive breakfast for a father and two children
Pool is good
There is no air conditioner in the room, it's about 80 degrees there
Nice hotel, not a place for non-families
clean and comfortable, great location, walking distance to practically everything
Staff was uninformed, had trouble checking in, other guests were a bit uptight,
Not a Resort!!
Location was close to Million dollar beach.
Room was outdated, saw many ants crawling. The staff were not friendly.
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean upon arrival, and location was great.
There is a new wing attached to the main building and an older building. We stayed at the older building (not knowing there were two seperate buildings). The rooms in the old building had updated fixtures but the molding, doors, and paint were outdated, chipped, or falling off. The bathrooms were very small. The showers are definitely not made for anyone over 6 feet. Only problem we had with cleanliness was we would often find towels and sheets that were still dirty after house keeping came. Lastly the beds were hard as a rock, both my fiance and I would wake up with some sort of back pain.
Bat flew into room, drinks in plastic cups, expensive Mattress uncomfortable, had. To hang sign on door if you wanted Room cleaned. no food at hotel.
We stayed on the bottom floor, smells very musty. Room was clean but smell was a bit to much
i liked that the rooms where clean, that the floor was ceramic tiles and not smelly carpet.
we didn't stay long enough in the hotel room to be able to answer.
