Dirty floor, leaky shower, dead roach in the light. I left early.
Cons (-) I would not stay there again. Room is not clean stains on walls, wall paper coming off. Stains on floor, toilet was disgusting. I had ants all over the sink and on the bed. Room smells.
Pros (+) Eveything. Room cafe BINGO slots machine had a wonderful time close to downtown and the strip

We were told we would be able to have it Friday night when my girlfriend and he son arrived. Well when I called to the front desk another person told me that the fire code wouldn't allow it. Pros (+) When I told manager Laura about some minor problems I was having that were negatively impacting my experience, she approved a refund through hotel.com for my remaining days. So kudos to Laura for doing the fair thing there.

Cons (-) My room was very dirty the carpet was filthy the non-smoking room smell like smoke I have to go buy for breeze and carpet freshener the towels were very dingy The price was very affordable but when the rooms were dirty it made you feel like you didn't get what you pay for

Cons (-) Buildings are old. Staff is unprofessional and unresponsive to requests for help of any kind. Food is nearly in-edible. Only place we got anything decent was the deli.
