This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Stained carpets that had a musty smell. Leaky fixture in the shower/tub. This hotel needs to be closed down and remodeled. At the very least and they need to paint the entire place, new carpets, updated fixtures and clean the place top to bottom. Baymont by Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. Hotel is one of the few in LV that does not smell of cigarettes, which is nice. Facilities are old and dated. Room was clean, beds were fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but they were out of eggs by 7:40am :-/. Pretty good value.

The room was unsanitary, with food left in the fridge, used towels in the bathroom, stains on the floor, stains all over the pull out bed/couch, crumbs all over the bed and around the couch. Cigarette burns on the curtains and a broken ceiling light. The worst condition I have ever experienced in all my hotel stays in Las Vegas. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros (+) I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Very helpful staff. On the other hand the carpet in the rooms was gross. The fridge didn’t work right. The ac was falling apart. Lastly there was a meeting room right across the hall from us that had some sort of function until 9pm. We were traveling with three small children and it made it dodgy to get them to sleep.
Cons (-) Cleanliness of rooms. General room maintenance. Not allowing meetings past 8pm.

Cons (-) Room was not cleaned in 2 days. I had to ask twice to get it cleaned. The staff tried to give me a mattress pad to use in place of an extra blanket on the bed. When I asked again for a blanket, they argued that a mattress pad was what they used. Food was mediocre. Location was good. I wouldn't stay there again.
