What?? I wasn’t told about breakfast
Didn’t get to go!
I never stayed at the Hotel. I asked for a refund over a month ago due to my event called because of the Coronavirus. I was not re embersed after multiple calls and emails.
Kayak did not respond to my emails or cancelled my booking when I requested it over a month ago. I emailed and called multiple times. I asked for a refund Vegas is shut down and my event was cancelled due to Coronavirus. I asked for a refund and never got it. I’m extremely disappointed.
cleanliness of the room was horrendous, have bites on my legs from what I assume are bedbugs
Didn't have breakfast , bed was great room was cold the view was beautiful shower was great nice spacious room
Maybe a shampoo and a conditioner instead of a 2 in 1 also I think it would be great if the floors where tile instead of rug .. other than that o can't complain it was perfect would definitely do again.
Rooms were clean and neat.
This was our honeymoon vacation and I booked a king size bed and they down graded us to two queen beds...I was pissed off. The man that checked us in said too bad we don’t have anything else. I booked this months ago to get what I wanted and didn’t get it. Not happy at all about it.
Stayed at the Royal Tower and bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom hasn’t been updated since the 60’s.
My stay at the Excalibur was okay. I chose the cheapest option and it was alright. The bed was comfy and I could change the AC as I wanted to on my own. The bathroom was nice. They provided a small shampoo and body lotion. The towels were more than enough for me. My room had a closet where I could hang a few clothing items and it also had an ironing board and iron inside. Inside the closet was a safe box as well, which I appreciated since that is where I stored my valuables whenever I stepped outside. We were right next to the Las Vegas strip, so we could easily walk down and explore.
It had mostly everything that I like, except for a small fridge and microwave. I could not bring food back to my room because there was nowhere to store it or heat it up. I was on the fifth floor and all I could see from my window was a wall. I was looking forward to going inside the pool and was a little disappointed that it was only three feet deep. This hotel is family-friendly and there were a lot of children in all of the three pools which did not really let me swim a lot before I bumped into someone else.
Could of used a remote on tv! (No Remote!)
Their resort fee is over priced for what they offer. Unfortunately for some states including Nevada smoking of cannabis is free to do in open spaces. This in concentrated areas puts others at risk of exposure.
My room was extremely haunted and I was scared the whole time. It was moving objects and even got on top of me when I was asleep. Never again!
Room was not too clean and it was frustrating that they did not advertise the mandatory resort fee.
Staff were friendly, entertainment was enjoyable and the hotel was in a great location>
The rooms were very basic, no kettle or fridge available for drinks in the room.
The room we were originally given was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Was hoping for an apology for the dirtiness of the room. Guest service rushed me off the phone wasn't very caring to the situation. Would of like a discount of some sort for a bad start to my vacation.
A great place to stay in Vegas. No complaints except that the casino took a lot of my money!
If you are someone who would use the pool frequently, request tower II, as those in tower I have to walk through the casino in their swimming gear.
Convenient location. Good dollar value.
I could not figure out how to connect to the internet on my lap top. I was to busy and did not take the time to explore help through their help desk - the number was right beside the connection.
Great Buffet, Shower Stall, Friendliness of Staff, Value for Dollar, quiet room, Location.
Smoke in Casino, Rooms need upgrading.
great value for the money you pay for the rooms and cleanness of the rooms very good
some staff were very blunt and not very helpful but some were very helpfull and helped out with discounts on shows trips etc
I would not stay there again. Would not honor discount they sent me as I booked through you. Rooms were much higher than what we booked them for. Check in staff indifferent to rude. Room was ok. Security, cleaning and bell staff were great.
Hotel scheduled grease trap clean out for 12 a.m. Sounded like a leaf blower running in our room. Desk staff initially were rude about the issue. Had to go to desk in my pajamas and ask for manager. They did move us to a quiet room at that point. Crowded. Noisy. Slow elevators.
Perfect location to visit all the city attractions. Comfortable room.
Very central hotel and a good price, particularly midweek.
