Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which made it easy to access attractions and casinos. The pool was also a highlight for many. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and service problems, including unhelpful or rude staff and long check-in times. While some guests appreciated the amenities and atmosphere, negative experiences with room conditions and customer service were common.AI-Generated from customer reviews

It was excellent. Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious the bed was perfect check out was just as easy. Next time I am back in Vegas I will stay at Flamingo a little longer so I can see some shows and do a little gambling
Enjoyed convenience of Food Court, The Linx walkway, and really enjoyed the Pool
There was no shower curtain and so the water went everywhere in the bathroom when taking a shower. The sports book is pathetic. The place was under construction. However, monorail access is clutch. Tv worked. It was mostly quiet and I slept like a baby. Great service and staff. Five minute walk to in-n out burger. Resort fees were not out of the norm. I didn’t park a car. Overall enjoyed my stay m...

I booked a Friday night before a lot ng flight back to Europe. I had a comped room and could choose any of the variëties but chose decided upon check in. Sadly i received the lowest tier room with no view. What was worse they not told me there was a door between rooms and needing a good sleep and the tv not working i requested a change. After some discussion they gave me a room opposite the hall. ...

Great location, hotel just feels dated. Our room was a little beat up but overall was comfortable. Mini fridge was a mini freezer.
Nice comfortable room. A bit sad the pool was under repairs, so no lounging and drinking cocktails poolside for us. Still was charged a full resort fee, however. Nice restaurants inside the casino, but nothing really for a breakfast place other than “The Nook” which costs $38 for two takeaway coffees and two muffins. Also no card room in this casino, so had to go to another casino daily for poker.

Awful.. staff extremely unhelpful and rude. They also made a mistake on the confirmation from their website and refused to honour it. Confirmation and booking had 1 price and they said nope we won’t honour that and charged me an extra 120$ in room fees Front desk Manager was aggressive and rude, cut me off every other word not letting me speak. I was very polite and calm during the exchange but sh...

Great location but no soap… asked for soap and was told they have no soap (???). Very strange for a hotel in my opinion. Bought soap at CVS
Do not recommend. Our shower shut off multiple times, one time being when I was in the middle of washing my hair. When we called the front desk, they said it was an “emergency water shut off” and I was notified of this. There are 0 signs, I never received a text message/call or anything to let us know. Other than that, shower towels are almost impossible to get and the property is a maze trying to...
