Bummed that (1) the pool is closed to minors after 6pm and (2) the water slide is out of order. We decided to stay here one night in order to use the pool. Didn't get the chance though...

ill never use this site again worst honeymoon ever. Kayak is the worst place to get service once they have your money. then the hotel has basically nothing to do with you and wont help if problems with booking. ill never use this site again.

Very Very smokey. It was NASCAR weekend so that might have made it worse. Also ALL the blackjack tables adding a video jackpot wheel with a mandatory $1-$2 anti. No other options for play ie: pairs or suited 21. Also no 3 card poker tables. I spent more of my time at the Circa.

The toilet paper is horrible! Make sure you bring your own, or you may be a little uncomfortable 😬 Besides that and the fact that housekeeping does not come to your room unless requested, the place was great. The location is perfect, right on Fremont Street, which was really cool!!

Pros (+) Great location to get the Freemont Experience. Rates are reasonable.
Cons (-) Staff shortages were very apparent with the large influx of people over the weekend. The elevators broke down so all of Carson tower was sharing the service elevator. The Starbucks locations closed too early for the amount of guests.

The hotel said that the could relocate us but we were staying with other family members that were right next to us and we didn’t want to move. They did on the other hand credit us our resort fee for two of the three days we stayed. We asked for towels multiple times and it took 3 hours to get some, and they never refreshed our room.
