Pros (+) The cost is the most affordable in the city.
Cons (-) The western end of Fremont Avenue might be a tourist attraction but the eastern extension of Fremont Avenue is the ghetto. There are more derelict properties than viable businesses. Stay briefly and secure your belongings.
