All around awesome resort
The hotel was exceptional in all respects. Service, rooms, location, and amenities near by!
Electricity went out in the middle of my shower so I couldn't get ready for the day. After waiting for it to come back on for 45 minutes I gave up and went to meet friends. It's ridiculous to charge a resort fee and not provide coffee. ( $9 a cup if you use it) If any of the snacks/drinks in the room are moved there is a $50 charge....AND if you use the refrigerator to store your own beverages there is another charge. So the basics are not available without an extra fee.
Room was cozy, view was great!
Just knowing that the hotel is very big and check in can take forever if you do not download the MGM resorts app to take advantage of mobile check in to get you to your room faster.
As I only had one morning time to stop and eat, I found the buffet at $30 for scrabble eggs, pancakes, and French toast to be extremely overpriced.
The hotel is nice, he room was nice, and even though the lobby and casino always seem full, it never seem full when heading to my room. And the room was quiet.
Great rooms and staff
It was perfect
Rooms were nice and clean we had a problem w shower water backing up and this real nice person from house keeping said she will take care of it and she did because having all of that water backing up was not nice Thank you housekeeping we love you
Real disappointed that such a high scale resort would not have a courtesy coffe and coffe pots Even real inexpensive hotels provide that for free and if you are a guest parking on regular parking lot should be for free over all ok
They have a strange policy about the mini-bar. We didn’t touch any of the drinks there, we only left our leftover sandwich there for few hours and we got charged $50 because of using the mini-bar.
Nice hotel, large casino, great assortment of restaurants, tram to other hotels was convenient.
The room we booked wasn’t ready although we arrived at 3pm. The solution was to provide a phone number to text, but couldn’t provide an ETA when it would be ready. After being in a car for 4 hours we just wanted to wind down in the room for a bit. We had to upgrade to get a room with a king bed.
Room’s were very nice...
Visited a few years ago and parking was free just tipped...Now it’s $24.00 per night...It cost more to park a car that it cost to rent the car...
Everything was great about this hotel, from the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were a late reservation and they had no issues with that either. I would recommend this to anyone couples and families.
I was hoping the pool would be open a little later.
We where upgraded to a suite and we where extremely grateful and very happy! Made our trip!
Don’t have any complaints! Everything was perfect!
Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable room with unique design elements.
They have two hotels--please make it more clear of that at booking and indicating which hotel you'll be staying at during your stay.
Resort Fee and overpriced bars
Everything costs extra
My stay was very short as I just came in late at night and left early the next morning. The hotel was beautiful, the room was very very clean and confortable. It was furnished beautifully. I would love to come back whenI can stay longer.
What's not to like. It is a spectacular hotel.
The rooms ain the Hotel at Mandalay Bay and the swimming pool
Beautiful swimmingpools, beautiful view, great rooms, efficient service, lot's of facilities
Nice entering the hotel through a lobby not the casino. Liked the rooms very much and the beach was great
I thought there needed to be greater diversity in the resturants. There was no where to get an evening light lunch or a quick bite.
