I didn't like anything we only used the hotel to shower and sleep. I had to buy candles because every single day the room smells like cigarettes as if someone was smoking in the room. Room 1177 shower curtain had blood on it. Bed sheets were clean but stained. Since the room smelled like cigarettes the towels bed sheets smelled like cigarettes
Be more strict on the no smoking rule
Nothing. Gave it a chance even when we pulled up to the hotel and it looked nothing like the photos. It’s a lot of smoke and mirrors. Lot of prostitution and drug selling happening on the property.
Definitely the rooms can be cleaner.
Nothing.
Needles in the bathroom were not a great add. The environment was pretty bad too. I didn’t even stay because I didn’t feel safe.
The beds
Everything the front desk lady said she dont care if I was having a seizure I should have updated my card first
Room needs some deep cleaning lot of dust at corners I washed some walls Caret was filthy I picked old dried up food house keeping needs to be closely supervised My blanket had large cigarette burns
The non smoking room smelled like an ashtray and there were cockroaches outside our door, staff was very unfriendly and it was a dirty place. Never staying there again. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. Terrible experience. If I could get my money back that would be great. We checked in and left a few hrs after and went to another hotel.
The rooms was big
They advertise a 24 hour check in which is not true. I showed up a bit early believe I thought that can check in and was told that check in was at 3pm. I was tired so I took a nap in my car while I waited which is not the best thing to do in the Las Vegas desde
Nope...money for breakfast...
No fridge and no microwave really ?? $5.00 for mini small old dirty fridge with no cooling.
Proximity to airport and a few decent places to eat.
No fan in bathroom. Bed incredibly uncomfortable, mattress was lumpy. Lobby smells disgusting, full of smoke. The lock on the door was broken.
location
vibe is shaky
You couldn't watch TV from your bed. After two uses our toilet over flowed all over the floor and carpet. I had to use the restroom badly, had to use a trash can. The electricity was out all during this episode of toilet overflowing and pooping in a trash can. This happened at 3:30 in the morning. Didn't know when the electricity would come on.Left at 4:30 am. Need to be reimbursed for a lousy stay.
close proximity to the convention center
Dated property could use some upgrading. beds and bedding were not as comfortable as other hotels.
