Pros (+) Location is fine, directly across the street from Mandalay Bay. Room is quiet.
Cons (-) Room is dirty and uncomfortable. For the price, OK for a guy traveling alone who just needs a cheap place to crash, not a good choice for anyone else.

Pros (+) It was mostly quiet. Location was good.
Cons (-) TV was suffering from either being dropped or kicked. Took a shower and the water pressure from the showerhead nearly flayed my skin off. Watched a guy opening his door and the lock fell out. Price I was quoted was ~4% less than the price for a credit card. While TV may be included in the room the remote is not. Feet which I just washed were black after walking around on the carpet. Pillows were s...

Pros (+) appreciated being able to get out easily compared to resorts that are too big. I like older places, this was very functional/practical. liked the wood floors, roomy but in need of updating. clean enough. bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) too pricey for what you're getting. needs some TLC. update the place, great location though.
