The location was great!
I think the rio should update in some stuff in the rooms. It is look like it is everything old. Like the TVs in the room is old school.
Gaming staff very friendly/professional
The room was filthy (human hair in clumps all over the place). Housekeeping's remedy: Offer us more towels. Very obvious that the room doesn't get cleaned well between guests.
I liked that the convention I was attending was at the Rio so I never left the property while there.
The place is showing its age, light fixtures in the room were old and wobbly and it just looked and felt very dated I had a suite. Carpet was stained in hallway and room in places.
The nice big room we got
Everything was perfect
This property needs a total renovation
Very old and run down
Couches in rooms were ripped and very dirty, couldn’t even sit in them they were so disgusting!
First Vegas Trip
Amazing view. I was able to enjoy a nice spa bath with my partner romantically.
couldn't order food late t night
The bed was hard, the ac didn’t work and the entire hotel smelled of smoke
My stay at Rio Las Vegas
Two of the four elevators were out of order so we had to wait long periods of time for an elevator, and the rugs in the room could have been cleaned
Parking was great...staff are friendly and helpful.
The view is beautiful Price is very good Great for kids Great food Local stores are great price Swimming pool is wonderful
Everything was great
free parking + casino
one man working in reciption when i make chake in he said that my master card not working and he take 700 dollars as deposite his name sam and when i made chake out the reciption said why this stupid did that then give me my money cash back ,,
The room service staff was very nice and accomidating
The pool was not open during our stay/
I liked the location, price, black jack tables and the Buffett.
I don't like the naked servers, smoking, old furniture , bible in my room, and that's it.
Spa visit and pool
Had shuttles that took you to the strip.
Our keys dod not work one day and we were stuck waiting in the hallway for 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive.
Pools three beautiful. It is a lot of restaurants also it is very tasty. On 50 floor restaurant and night club with kind on city. The big and convenient rooms.
It is magnificent hotel and for family rest too. The pool is there with sand and falls, specially for children. All very much was pleasant to me.
Check in/out was quick and easy. Suite was large, clean and comfortable. On site restaurants were good. Bus to the Strip was convenient and timely. Rooftop lounge was fun with great views of the Strip and mountains.
WiFi service was intermittent and a little expensive.
It was very cosmopolitan. The price/room was one of the best in Las Vegas (50$/night). The pool was cool. Don't miss the Voodoo lounge and Carneval of the World buffet !
Unfornutately,I stayed at hotel RIO only sleeping because of heavy biz.
Nice hotel close to the strip (with free transport to the strip). Good conference facilities and really nice view from the Voodoo lounge!
Hotel is really big, so difficult to find places (orientation). Also information provided in-room about facilities was too limited.
