Awesome room and facility
Comfortable beds, shuttle to Mandalay Bay pool.
Palazzo pool was overcrowded
Restaurants were hit and miss and over priced.
First of all the hotel is spectacular to just “take-in” upon arrival ! Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable ! Then having the convenience of the shopping, restaurants & entertainment there and not feeling the need to travel somewhere else ! It just seemed like a wonderful place we hope to return again to !
The valet service upon arrival when you have been out leaves a lot to be desired
The staff is friendly
The matress are old so is the hotel and the restaurants at the shops at the plaza were very bad
Love St. Mark Square just downstairs!
Our suite on 32nd floor was luxurious and beautifully decorated. Service was impeccable. Downstairs St. Mark Square was the place to hang out. Riding the gondola was a delightful experience. Breakfast at Paris Baguette while watching people walking by is just like in real Paris! Shops are all around to roam and a waterfall located immediately downstairs. The location of The Venetian on the strip is great since I could walk to Ceasar Palace, Bellagio and Fashion Show Mall quite easily.
Cigarette smoke everywhere but more around the casino area. Can’t escape it completely!
NOT REALLY GOOD FRONT DESK
I like everything but front desk staff
The day I checked in ! That front desk lady was trying to pushing me paying more for upgrade which I don’t really want it! I ask her to get smoking room if that possible, and she ask me to pay $50 for a smoking room! And I saw another register which stand beside of mine to asked the guest for smoking room or not! Very disappointed finally I get really bad view room from my register! Because I think I didn’t do what she wants!
Gorgeous room, with a nice view. Great location. Excellent restaurants in the hotel.
Pool was closed, and while guests could use the Palazzo pools, half of these were closed as well, leaving basically one very small pool for thousands of people. As a result, the pool area was incredibly crowded. Also, Venetian casino was one of the most Smokey on the strip, making it hard to breath.
Construction time again..
Size of room
Long wait at checkin Venetian tower is being renovated so rooms are out the back of beyond Old furniture - chair in room had no padding left
Missing some amenities
Room spacious & comfortable
Was no comprehensive map of the hotel available, no coffee maker in room, water glasses not replaced, our room at the Venitian was reserved but they gave us a room at the Palazzo
Great for fun
This place is huge . We spent two days exploring. Great restaurants.
The size of the hotel. Plenty to look at. Location on the strip. Good casino.
I didn't get the room I booked.
Very nice room, big, new, great bathroom. Very good location.
Service is horrible. They didn't find my reservation (had to wait for 20 min during checkin). There were sticky glass stains on the night table! The TV had poor signal, they came to repair it and were from 11pm to 12:30pm in the room trying to solve it without success (the first technisian just came to say to me to call again since his shift was ending at 11pm). The most surprising thing was that at 8 am a maid came into the room shouting room service!!! (can you imagine at 8am in Vegas?)...really horrible considering the price and being the famous Venetian...never again.
Amazing, I stayed in acouple of other hotels in las vegas and this one by far is the best, the room is amazing as well as the hotel- in the 2nd floor thair r the resturent as well as the shopping place and a mini river, you can even go on one of the small bouts there - its just amazing
Well my room dint have a good viwe, I didnt want to pay more for that but I end up regrating that :p
good dining, calm, perfect location
I really like the placement and decoration of the suite room, and for the restroom, the shower and bathtub are seperated, it is very good.
It is a little complex for going to my room from lobby.
Very well organized for such a huge resort. We were warmly received & guided to our room.
The pools. The large bedrooms. Choice of restaurants/cafes. Location.
Having to walk through the casino.
Size of rooms beautiful deco
People yelling in the corridors at 3am
The architecture of the hotel ; hospitable staff and professional hotel management. The suite size and furnishing is luxuriously perfect for a couple on a leisure holiday. Between Venetian and Palazzo, you will not want to go anywhere else!
Like a trip both back in time and into 21st century architecture, the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino epitomizes modern, classic hospitality. It bustles with the designs of several timeless works of building art, including Plazza San Marco, the Lion of Venice Column, the Column of Saint Theodore, the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Campanile, and Palazzo Ducale. Each of these is painstakingly replicated to provide guests with an instant trip to another land.
The Venetian offers suites spanning 650 square feet, giving guests a bird’s eye view of the Vegas skyline. Its suites are almost twice the size of the average Vegas hotel room, and the attention to detail is impactful. Each feature is designed to provide guests an ideal capstone to their Vegas experience.
As the night begins, guests have several dining options, each with its own sense of style. Slip into the Dorsey, a 360 degree lounge featuring signature cocktails to start the evening off right. Or go down to Rosina for a more classic cocktail or a fine wine.
When it comes to fun, there’s no need to leave The Venetian. The Human Nature Jukebox has a variety of entertainment to meet the needs of several different age groups.
The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino is tailor made to provide guests with an all-encompassing experience with all the trimmings. Each guest is the center of attention of its well-catered hospitality and superlative charm. It’s a trip not just to Vegas, but to Italy, and beyond.
