I did my reservations two months in advance, and I received the confirmation email and my payment was taken from my account.. the day I got to the hotel in Las Vegas. I really liked this hotel, we only stayed 1 night after staying 3 nights at a casino property it was a nice break from that, thought the hotel was beautiful and clean and the room was great, we had a suite which was large and had everything.

This time I had an issue. There was a problem with the shower where you would only get about a minute or two of normal temperature water and then it would go scalding hot and you couldn't adjust it to get any cool water back into it. This was an excellent stay. Room was clean and the facilities are always well kept. I also called down to ask for more coffee and more wash rags and they brought me two bags of each. I also had to have them take a look at the heater and they were up in just a few minutes from when I called. For both occasions. Very responsive and very helpful of the guests.
