Cons (-) I will never do downstairs again the walls are thin so you can hear people walking through out the night I thought they where going to come through the floor plus my washer and dryer was messed up and my room was very dusty

Pros (+) Awesome value, rooms were clean and very equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again.
Cons (-) They had some sort of computer issue that prevented us from getting the room we had booked and paid for and they did not have any of those rooms left, so we had to downgrade with no reimbursement. Not a huge issue but still something to note. Walls were thin and beds were okay but not very comfortable.

Cons (-) Condo floors/carpets needs a thorough cleaning, not very safe with infant/toddlers as there were a lot of hair-small pieces of stuffs, even a steel piece if some charging pin that went into my kids mouth. Living room couch is torn, bedroom t.v. doesn't work, beds are highly uncomfortable. After booking through kayak, when we called to ask the check out time they said 11am but at registration desk ...

Pros (+) The unit was nice. It had in unit laundry. Ridiculously oversized bathtub.
Cons (-) It's definitely not a resort. It's a condo complex that looks to date from the mid 1980s. The units are one bedroom apartments. It looks much nicer in photos. When you check in, a 'concierge' gives you a hard sell on buying a timeshare. The check out time is a cruel 10 am. I stayed there because it had good reviews. It was ok, but more expensive than much nicer places. Keep that in mind.
