Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with many finding the rooms well-maintained and quiet. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as with aspects of customer service, particularly at the front desk. While some guests mention comfortable beds and helpful staff, others note issues with outdated decor, maintenance problems, and limited amenities. Overall, the hotel is considered a clean and well-situated option, though improvements in service and breakfast offerings are suggested.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, they did a good job decorating for Christmas, and the location was mostly convenient.
Cons (-) The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the heater was not on a thermostat so it was either on or off; the outlets by the nightstand were connected to the light switch by the door, so there was no convenient place to plug in a cell phone; there was a musty smell throughout the hotel; and the continental breakfast was extremely lacking...even for a continental breakfast.
Pros (+) Excellent views out the back side of the hotel, nice clean comfy rooms.
