Good Breakfast - lots of fresh fruit. Helpfull, friendly - walking distance from station and Grand place - a bit backstreet - but safe ---and hell who cares.

Didn't like single beds pushed together when I was assured a Queen bed. Rooms overheated and couldn't regulate temperature.

For Leuven, this is a really nice place with attentive staff, spacious room, quiet location and they really provide an exceptionally nice top quality breakfast included with fantastic assortment of meats, cheese, fruits you would find at a 5-star hotel. Not far from the main train station, perhaps a 5-10 walk and also not far from the center of Leuven or meeting rooms at the University. A very good value. I was able to compare to the IBIS in Leuven, and this is a much better choice.
