Pros (+) Everything was great and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) They don't have coffee available in the lobby except for purchase in the Bistro at sporadic hours. When I asked the front desk guy about it and when the Bistro was open, he was sort of rude and just said "I don't know, you'll have to ask them at the Bistro."
