Good location, about 10 min walking from the center, the lady at the reception/breakfast very nice despite the fact she doesn't speak much English. Breakfast is a good value for money. Parking was free on the little sqaure in front of the hotel.
Room was a bit spartan, but clean.

“This is a small hotel and we were made to feel very special and welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. It is based in a quiet residential area, about 15/20 minutes walk along the river from the main attractions and centre of Liege. The room was large and spacious with a glimpse of the river between neighbouring buildings. Breakfast was generous with endless coffee on offer. Our third-floor room had a small balcony, which was nice to sit on and cool down - we were there when the weather was boiling hot.”
